Commercial HVAC BIM Coordinator-Cincinnati, OH

Feldkamp Enterprises is a Mechanical Contractor in need of a Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal BIM Coordinator with knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. This position is required to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible to work within AutoCAD and REVIT performing routine assignments. The BIM Coordinator will work with detailed renderings and will assist in file clean-up, tagging, dimensioning and annotating drawings for the Drafters to be submitted to General Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Field Technicians for installation.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience:

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Navisworks – Experience running / clashing MEP coordination meetings
• Ability to compile and annotate drawings from the BIM model for field installation.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Work hours 7:00am 4:00pm
