How You ll Make an Impact

In this role, you will supervise a group that monitors the performance of Valvoline s Supply Chain to provide complete and on-time service to our customers and empower the team members to build strong relationships with our distributors to provide exceptional service to those customers. You will continuously improve the case process by modifying case fields, developing documentation for case resolution and root cause analysis. In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Serving as the escalation point for inquiries that can’t be resolved by Tier II resources.
  • Working Tier II cases as case load requires.
  • Enhancing case reporting process by developing metrics and providing monthly updates to the business.
  • Ensuring Tier II case documentation is up-to-date and creating/enhancing documentation as business needs evolve and using documentation to train Tier II resources.
  • Monitoring cases in real time to connect with supply chain resources to resolve issues and communicate impact across the organization.
  • Continuously improving the case entry process by partnering with teams that influence or are impacted by it.
  • Monitoring case flow to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and creating an action plan for adjusting.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of three years’ Supply Chain experience
  • Strong relationship with Commercial teams and customers
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems
  • Experience in data analysis

  • Process documentation experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work cross-functionally

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-directed, good time management skills

  • Experience with optimization of processes through continuous improvement

  • Must be customer-focused

  • Ability to create and enhance processes

  • SAP experience

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
