The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) provides administrative leadership, guidance and consulting expertise for a number of facilities.

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is responsible for the overall management, growth, and profitability of the facilities in the region.

Responsibilities Plans, develops, directs, monitors and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility’s programs and services so as to ensure quality and consistency with company standards.

Actively promotes the Company’s Mission Statement in all daily interactions.

Develops and maintains positive interactive partnerships with associated facilities.

Ensuring positive financial outcomes through labor management, census development and expense control Ensuring facility leaders institute and deploy clinical systems and standards that improve patient/resident outcomes, producing exceptional quality care Providing facility leaders direction and assistance in creating strategic plans Identifying drivers of variability (facility /market drivers) and offer advice on where to make improvements Assisting leaders with referral source relationship development and maintaining the company presence in the market Performing the role of compliance liaison with local, state, federal and licensing rules and regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA and State Survey issues, etc.

Maintaining positive relations with community referral sources at large, all visitors, guests and residents.

Education and/or Experience: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years experience as an administrator in either a long term or sub-acute care facility.

Multi-facility oversite experience is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current Administrator’s license in the state.
