We have a great career opportunity available for a Project Coordinator to join our team of Association Professionals.
The Project Coordinator works collaboratively with the Executive Director and other team members to execute the programs and projects outlined in the work plan for an assigned AMR client-partner.

Provides support to the External Education program.

This includes organizing the process tracking; execution of client and faculty program agreements; assisting with faculty logistic readiness; technical assistance with virtual program execution; developing evaluations and compiling post workshop reports; prepares course materials and shipments for on-site programs; manages faculty reimbursements and tracking of program invoices for clients, coordinating CME; and maintaining CME accreditation for all external education programs.

Coordinates production of electronic news, bi-monthly President’s message, monthly Board report, and member spotlight Monitors website, makes updates, and ensures content is kept current.

Coordinates work of committees/task forces as assigned.

This includes taking committee meeting minutes and other meeting duties as required; working with committees to assist in the development of content, project execution, and other general correspondence as requested.

Coordinates work of conferences and courses as assigned.

This includes coordination of continuing medical education (CME) program for conferences, courses and training as required; managing all marketing/email blasts; managing abstract submission; and providing pre-conference/course and on-site support as assigned.

Assists with implementation of strategic plan.

Manage program/event related member reimbursements.

Manage social media accounts to include collecting content to be shared; scheduling distribution; managing follower base.

Manage the online member community.

Manage the webinar program to include solicitation of volunteer presenters; presenter preparation; marketing efforts; pre and post-messaging to participants; execution of webinars via the zoom platform.

Originates or coordinates association documentation as required.

Attends conferences, conference calls, and meetings as required.

Assist with development and implementation of fundraising plan.

Keeps Executive Director and/or Supervisor fully informed of any known or anticipated problems in a timely and accurate manner.

Works with the Executive Director and/or Supervisor to create, maintain, and improve company relationships with association officials and members.

Ensures the efficient and smooth coordination of activities among company staff.

Maintains cooperative working relationships with other staff members.

Maintains in good order, all records and files, and ensures the safe keeping of all company and association records.

Job Requirements:
Are you Qualified?

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Two or more years of related experience in a similar business or with dynamic project management Healthcare project management experience a plus Ability to manage multiple projects within department and with other staff members to achieve project goals on time and within budget Demonstrated superior level of customer service and time management.

Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

Flexibility to accommodate the schedules of association leaders will be essential.

Working knowledge of association related technologies such as Association Management software, Content Management Systems, and/or similar software applications a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including: teamwork, coaching, writing, listening, and speaking.

Ability to understand and consider how decisions affect individuals and groups with less power and privilege and how to fully include perspectives with relatively less power and privilege in decisions.

Proficient knowledge of Office 360/SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite The position will require availability for some evening and weekend meetings and occasional travel (2-3 times per year for 3-4 nights) Need more reasons to apply?
