Marketing Campaign Manager


This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted April 30, 2021.

*We are open to candidates based in nearby markets (i.e.

Louisville, Cincinnati) and willing to work remotely and drive into office as needed.

We are currently working in a remote capacity due covid-19 climate.

We are also open to this role being a fully-remote position, with willingness to travel into Lexington when necessary (15-20% annually).

How Youll Make an Impact

In the role, you would be responsible for:

Executing the Marketing Cloud campaign roadmap for Core North America by working cross-functionally with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Brand Equity to create and deploy marketing campaigns using SFMC technology to support business objectives.

Gathering campaign objectives and requirements from Marketing Brand Manager & key stakeholders, making recommendations based on best practices, to ensure the right plan for the creative and messaging of landing pages, emails, social media, mobile, digital forms, and if needed, other digital assets.

Building the Marketing Cloud journey by turning campaign objectives into a journey flow and by working with Email Creative Designer.

Adhering to the data model to ensure database health and hygiene while considering reporting implications of the data design.

Working collaboratively to create KPIs, goals, customer segmentation and testing strategy for each campaign.

Overseeing omnichannel campaign calendar (dates, frequency, audience overlap, freeze dates) and recommending calendar changes based on frequency, prioritization, and customer experience.

Driving the development and optimization of the apps in the Marketing Cloud suite based on business and customer needs and KPI’s.

Working with training, communications, and support teams to ensure the business is properly educated on the campaigns, their timing, customers impacted, and the process.

Building Salesforce lead status & sales funnel reports, KPI summaries and actionable insights to Marketing and Sales Leadership, with ties to revenue / volume / margin.

Overall, be a trusted “steward of the funnel” and consistently look for ways to optimize revenue growth and drive optimal customer experience for B2B customers.

What Youll Need

Bachelors degree.

Minimum of five years in digital marketing experience.

Proficiency in marketing automation systems, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience with E-mail and messaging marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of B2B email, digital, messaging, marketing campaigns, and customer experience best practices.

Strong understanding of funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity.

Strong project management and communications skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and drive alignment and execution across groups

Strong inter-personal skills.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
