And our Bristol Promise is that we will reduce your risk, keep your project on budget and finish on schedule all enabling faster use of your new facility.Project Manager LeadershipLead safety to achieve company goals and meet industry standardsFacilitate the project design process with architects and engineersLead the team to prepare complete and accurate proposalsPrepare conceptual budgets quickly and accurately with limited informationOversee and manage all project staffEnsure labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors are onsite when requiredProvide technical support for the field crew(s) and subcontractorsForecast and secure labor, materials, equipment, services, and subcontractorsInspect work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are metReduce cost through communication, planning, cooperation and purchasingSeek new opportunities in conjunction with Bristol Groups business development strategies Creation / Development/ MaintenanceManage reporting from Superintendent and subcontractorsDevelop project schedules and look-ahead schedules Develop personnel forecast to project employment and equipment needsRisk management Financial Controls Prepare subcontractor bid packages, negotiating, awarding, and preparing subcontractsOversee purchasing of miscellaneous materials and rental equipmentManage project change order processManage job cost reporting to project profitabilityManage project budget and attain or exceed profit goalsMonitor labor actual vs.
