Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the task order.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.

Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.

Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.Basic Qualifications: 5+ years Program / Project management experience where meeting customer requirements is Priority #1 Customer focused / proactive & professional communications (written, oral) Appropriate degree or equivalent experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment Adept at using the MS Office suite of application (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) Secret ClearanceDesired Skills: Experience with DOD / Military acquisition process Familiarity w/ DOD Clothing and Equipment Control Account Management (CAM) experience Risk and Opportunity management Program Management Professional (PMP) credential-DOD Inventory Management Systems (GCCS, GOLD, DPAS, PIEE etc.) SSAVIE, SPEAR Web Application, MS Access, MS ProjectBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
