Assistant Office Manager

This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted November 23, 2021.

Assistant to Office/Accounting Manager.

Duties include assisting in:

Quickbooks AR and AP entry; Preparing Subcontracts and Purchase Orders; Human Resources including hiring process, everify and time sheet training; Process Payment Releases; Petty Cash reconciliation; maintain various excel spreadsheets; deliver/upload bids, and other various duties.

Must be experienced in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe

Must have excellent time management skills, written and verbal communication skills; Detail oriented; Fast Pace; Confidentiality; Stress Tolerance

Contribute positively as part of a team; Helping with various tasks as required.

Must be able to pass background/drug test; Good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00
– $30.00 per hour
