We will give you a great place to work, a competitive salary and benefits, and the resources and support to develop and advance within our global company.**How You’ll Make an Impact**In the role, you would be responsible for:+ Forensic analysis of telecom invoices inclusive of tracking, reviewing, auditing, optimizing, approving and processing for payment.+ Developing custom reports and resolves billing issues.+ Directing the audit, maintenance, analysis, and verification for accurate communications billing, charge-back models and contract compliance monitoring activities related to all CCF, cellular, local, long distance, data networks and international telephone service.+ Overseeing work performed by third party vendor(s) related to telecommunication services in order to track and resolve issues as required, review and improve telecommunications related processes, and seek ways to reduce overall communications spend.+ Providing timely, detailed, and accurate reporting to external and internal audiences.+ Consulting with RFP process for telecommunications related services and reviews contracts, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure best practices are implemented.+ Coordinating the decision-making of all activities related to the department’s billing and customer services and assists with the development of their yearly IT telecom budgets. Effectively escalate and manage vendors (both partners and non-partner vendors).**What You’ll Need**+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.+ Minimum 5 years of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) experience.+ TEM application experience/background (Calero/MDSL, Tangoe, Rivermine, etc.).+ Understanding of Telecom Expense Management System integration to a P2P system such as Oracle.+ ITIL Foundations Certification.+ Basic knowledge of telecommunications services and networks (voice, data, mobile, unified communications).+ Experience navigating carrier portals (wireline/wireless).+ Accelerated Excel competency to include pivot tables.+ C-Level presentation and interaction skills.+ Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management.+ Ability to work as a facilitator on project plans and new client implementations.+ Ability to leverage automation for efficiency and added customer benefit.+ The ability to perform invoice audit, review and approval within SLA for accuracy.+ Ability to manage portfolio of vendor accounts and escalate issues when appropriate.+ Ability to work as a facilitator and stakeholder on related projects+ Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.+ Ability to multi-task in various applications.
