Meadowthorpe Assisted Living and Memory Care191 Leestown Center WayLexington, KY 40511 Resident Services Coordinator Position Summary: The primary responsibility of the Resident Services Coordinator is to assist the Administrator in the operations of the Community. The position will use your skills to assist in the coordination of various resident services being provided to our residents and their families as well as ensure each individualized care plan is up to date. In addition, you coordinate onboarding for new employees. You are entrusted to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Resident Services Coordinator Duties: Customer Service. Answer phones and respond to the needs of our residents, families and employees.:: Oversee the coordination and execution of our transportation schedule whether it is provided by our service or you transport the resident. Maintain Family Visit Schedule and Screening Documentation Maintain Daily Temperature Logs Maintain the Salon Schedule for our resident and coordinate with the Hair Stylist. Oversee the shopping lists for our residents and purchasing of the items Maintain and Update Resident Care Plans in the Computer System Assist with the onboarding of new employees by completing background checks, establishing employee files, preparing new employee packets, etc. Assist with minor needs and requests from our employees and residents. Maintain inventory and purchasing of supplies Oversee delivery of the mail to our residents Assist with necessary filing and records management Available to work some evenings and weekends. Hold the on-call phone. Assist with planning events and marketing as needed. Maintain CONFIDENTIALITY of all pertinent resident care information to assure resident rights are protected. Excellent communication, organization and time management skills Perform Resident Assistant duties, as necessary. Relationship Duties: Puts Customer Service first; ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the residents needs and rights Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interaction with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors Relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the community Position Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferred Effectively communicate in the English language and follow written and verbal instructions:
