How You ll Make an Impact

We are looking for an analyst that will help discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data. The Planning Data Analyst will apply data mining techniques, perform statistical analysis, implement a key metrics system and build high quality prediction models. He/She must be comfortable presenting analytical findings, along with recommendations to internal stakeholders. Accurate, clear and timely information will help in improving the predictability and agility of our Supply Chain, ultimately resulting in better and most cost-effective service. In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Improving supply chain data integrity and collection methods (extensiveness, speed and quality)
  • Driving automation in publishing key supply chain metrics with the right frequency to the right audience for the maximum impact
  • Identifying / quantifying process improvement opportunities via data analytics methods; effectively communicating and tracking performance improvements against set targets
  • Integrating company’s third party sources when needed (customers, suppliers, end-users, etc.)
  • Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of performance
  • Performing Ad Hoc analysis as directed by supply chain planning leadership

What You ll Need

  • Bachelors Degree in Statistics / Mathematics or Equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in Supply Chain related fields including distribution, purchasing, and/or customer service
  • Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience forming and managing small groups
  • Experience working directly with outside customers
  • Strong Data Management skills (data mining / cleansing, mathematics, statistics) with up-to-date system – database and visualisation tools – knowledge (SAP, Excel, BI,SQL etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly analyze information and provide pertinent recommendations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be process driven, team-oriented and creative – be an agent for change and create a winning atmosphere
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
