Job SummaryThe Polk Dalton Clinic is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant/Bilingual.The Patient Relations Assistant bilingual will answer Spanish phone line with timely scheduling or questions answered, register and check-out patients, assist in OB/GYN surgery scheduling with the goal of taking over the task, and respond to medical record requests to transfer medical records.Provide clinical provider support. Have demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast paced medical office. Need excellent customer service skills.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesAbility to read, write and speak Spanish; medical terminology, excellent customer service skills.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
