SummaryWhen visitors walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The Front Desk Coordinator (FDC) is, many times, the first representative clients meet from the Firm. The FDC should represent the Firm professionally in both appearance and dress. The FDC should display a positive attitude and possess a strong work ethic. The FDC should also be able to communicate effectively, and treat all people who enter the office amiably and with respect.Essential FunctionsFollow practices and processes that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company standards, and serve the needs of our clients.
