: An encouraging culture that invests in youEagle Lending is looking for an exceptional Portfolio Quality Specialist, Maturities to monitor and assist with maturing lines of credit in our Eagle One for Business and Eagle Gold portfolio.

Were looking for a self-starter who is eager to leverage their experience as part of our fast-growing and fast-paced Portfolio Quality Specialist team.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, has strong attention to detail and is a clear communicator who excels at managing multiple priorities while working independently or as part of a team.What you’ll do as a Portfolio Quality Specialist, Maturities:Manage critical and time-sensitive maturity reports, partner closely with the sales team and serve as the primary liaison between Eagle Lending and the Credit Administration department.

Process short-term maturity extensions when required.Provide extraordinary service to clients while obtaining current financial documentation and evaluating documentation for covenant compliance.

Monitor existing credit facilities for financial and reporting covenant compliance.

Manage reports to ensure receipt of updated financial information and on-going covenant compliance.Cultivate strong and positive working relationships with partners to maintain extraordinary internal and external client service.

Partners include: Sales, Preferred Banking, Credit Administration, Executive Loan Committee, Loan Servicing, Legal, Deposit, etc.

Learn to use Moodys CreditLens or similar application to complete financial analysis and spreads.

Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow reports, calculate ratios, recognize, and describe trends and identify recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow and borrowers ability to debt service.Actively participate in continuous improvements by generating suggestions and participating in problem solving activities.

: You could be a great fit if you have:One year of banking, lending or database experience preferred.BA/BS required with concentration in business or finance preferred.Experience with commercial financial statements or loan legal documentation is a plus.Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)Job Demands: Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.Own your work and your career
