This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted March 30, 2021.

Office SpecialistSeeking individual who can prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while also performing administrative support; processing maintenance work orders, general office work as well as greeting clients at a housing management site.

Assists staff members and manager in research on computer, reviewing applicant information, copying, faxing and preparing mailing materials.

High school diploma with two years of clerical experience and past work with Excel and Microsoft Word required.

Experience in a busy office environment working with the public in assisted housing programs a plus.

We seek an organized individual for this full-time position.

Beginning salary is $26,000 annually with an excellent benefit package.
