Job Summary: Provide comprehensive, coordinated primary and preventive health care to Care Alliance patients.
Task Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive primary care for adults.
May include care to children and special populations such as HIV depending on qualifications.
Manage a daily patient panel of up to 16 patients per day in n ambulatory setting Serve as preceptor to residents, medical students and advance practice nursing students.
Attend monthly provider meetings.
Remain current with standards of practice.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by medical director.
Minimum Education and Experience: Required: Board certified in family practice or internal medicine.
Current Ohio license to practice medicine.
Valid DEA certificate.
Successful completion of Care Alliance credentialing process.
Minimum 2 years-experience in certified field preferred.
