HR Coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted May 2, 2021.

Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the Human Resources Team and will support various global programs; including but not limited to learning and development, employee engagement surveys, internal communications, and employee recognition programs.Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:* Act as system administrator and provide support for HR Programs; including but not limited to Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement Survey, and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.* Oversee multiple HR Mailboxes and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner.* Administer internal communications and maintain a cataloged archive of communications for reporting as well as future use and reference.* Prepare and create reports and update scorecards to assist with ongoing quality management of HR Programs.* Manage logistics of planning and implementing blended learning initiatives that include virtual delivery sessions and in person events.* Maintain HR’s SharePoint pages for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.* Performs other duties as assigned.Other primary duties and responsibilities include the following; however, Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time.
