A lovely family on the Upper East Side is looking for a live-in housekeeper/nanny for their home.
The schedule would be Thursday through Monday
– the hours can be flexible depending on how many hours you need to make the salary you are seeking.
The family splits their time between Manhattan, Connecticut, and the Hamptons.
The live-in accommodations will be a private bedroom and bathroom in each home.
The children are 9 and 13-years-old, so do not require extensive child care.
The main responsibilities relating to the children will be preparing their meals, taking them to activities, watching them in the pool, and making sure they are in bed on time.
The role is essentially an extra set of hands, as the family has a housekeeper Monday through Friday to do the majority of the housekeeping.
The duties Thursday through Monday in the homes will be doing laundry as needed, cooking as needed, loading the dishwasher, running errands, grocery shopping, maintaining organization and cleanliness in the homes, and keeping the homes running smoothly.
You must be able to drive for this role.
The ideal candidate will be easy-going, hard-working, and flexible.
