Job Details:Title: Application Technical SpecialistLocation: Smithfield, RI (Hybrid)Shift: 8-hour shift between 8:00PM 8:00AM, Sunday ThursdayTraining Shift: Monday Friday, 8:30AM 5:00PM for the first weekThis employer requires all employees, temporary labor, consultants, and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date (other date may be inserted if start date is not accurate), subject to approved medical or religious exemptions.Job Description:The Application Technical Specialist will provide call-center based technical support to store locations, vendors and staff.
They will serve as first level for troubleshooting of issues encountered in stores.
They will assure implementation-based protocols are met.
They will render assistance for equipment troubleshooting and ensure deployment process adherence.
They will update the database regarding resolution of issues and progress while completing work.Position Requirements: A minimum of 1 year work experience needed A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required Must have strong troubleshooting skills coupled with diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Must possess clear, accurately and tactful, communication, both verbally and written Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access Must be able to work independently and occasionally lead within a group
