Social Media & Design Assistant for Photographer

This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted June 17, 2021.

Amy Campbell Photography is a wedding, portrait, and commercial photography business located in Lexington, Kentucky.

We strive for excellent customer service and communication.

We are currently searching for a part-time office manager with design experience.

The ideal candidate must be:

Ideally someone with experience servicing luxury clients in a retail environment or hospitality industry.

Organized and professional

Self-motivated

Great with communication skills

Able to focus on multiple tasks

Comfortable in an office setting and working on the computer (Macintosh)

Appreciative of creative things but not necessarily an artist, photographer, graphic designer, etc.

Responsibilities

Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community

Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility

Order office equipment and supplies as needed

Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements

Design and produce marketing materials and photo albums

Qualifications

Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels

Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner

Customer service experience in our industry is preferred

Familiar with Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom and able to demonstrate knowledge

Can work well independently and also lead a small team

Familiar with social media platforms and blogging

Preferred:

2+ years post-graduate paid work experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Comfortable with web design of Squarespace platform

Has experience with growing business through internet marketing

Compensation

$14
– $16 hourly DOE
