Marketing and Promotions Coordinator

Plastic Surgery Center

This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted November 28, 2021.

We have an immediate opening for a marketing and promotions coordinator to lead the creative development of content for two brands of aesthetic educational events, one currently established on the East Coast and one new addition on the West Coast, both of which are organized from our office in Lexington Kentucky
The marketing and promotions coordinator Will create, manage, and execute all marketing and digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, content planning, design and development, print and digital advertisements, maintain relevant social media accounts, and strive to grow each brand in its respective market.
The marketing and promotions coordinator must be a well organized team player who will support the needs of the project manager and Event Director.

They must have a working knowledge of SCO and PPC advertising, and an interest and willingness to learn the marketing strategies of the aesthetic medicine/aesthetic surgery industry.

Top candidates will provide a portfolio showcasing creative design skills, exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
In addition there may be some shared responsibility for social media and news letter production with the marketing person at Waldman Schantz Plastic Surgery as time allows

RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, execute, and manage all marketing programs and campaigns including but not limited to email and social media campaigns, print and digital media, and other forms of advertisement for two aesthetic education events.
Execute and analyze research in order to identify new marketing opportunities in the aesthetic industry and grow target audiences
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
Establish and maintain brand budgets
Define and manage the marketing communication strategy using a variety of media
Develop relationships with existing and new media sponsors and manage their sponsorship contracts
Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Build and manage an editorial calendar for each event that delivers counter aligned with the objectives and business goals
QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.

MBA preferred
3 to 5 years of experience and contact management, brand management, brand marketing, or other relevant marketing position with increasing level of responsibilities
Proficiency and Microsoft office required and Adobe suite strongly prefer
Experience with Robly, constant contact, or similar intact management software
Proven ability to work cross functionally
Experience managing brands across multiple markets
Creative thinker and solution oriented mindset
Ability to work independently
Project management experience with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
Proven organizational skills, detail oriented, self-starter who shows initiative
Must be Willing to travel to meetings twice a year for 5-7 days at a time
SALARY: commensurate with education and experience especially experience with social media and contact and contact management
