Responsibilities: SUMMARY Under the direction of the Advertising and PR Manager, the Internet Marketing Specialist will develop and execute web, digital, social and e-mail based marketing initiatives to support property and brand in electronic media that will compliment traditional advertising plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe’s Policies and Procedures.

Responsible for managing, executing and sustaining the brand in all web and social environments as well as create/implement web pages on our website, updating moreinparadise.com and all social sites.

Develop graphics for electronic signage on property: Digital, IView, Kiosks, etc Oversees digital marketing plan to include overall website traffic and contributing sources, monitoring engagement rates and trends.

Analyzes and reviews all PPC, Display, Social Paid and other paid digital advertising formats to allocate digital spend, including optimal messaging, creative and channel mix.

Work closely with Advertising Manager on strategy, development and maintenance of website and on property signage.

Coordinate digital and internet needs with existing workflow of Advertising Manager.

Oversee strategy, development and maintenance of all social/community platforms regarding Seminole Casino Hotel.

Responsible for providing weekly and monthly statistical reporting of internet activity for both overall web site activity and social sites.

Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility; performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years plus experience in digital marketing and/or advertising.

Must have proficient knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, TripAdvisor, Yelp.com (and other relevant social/community based sites).

Qualifications: WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, team member is regularly required to stand, walk, and demonstrate high-mobility for a majority of the shift.Will also regularly: speak and listen to internal and external customer directions or orders in an atmosphere of varying background noise; transit across surfaces that may alternate between carpeted and hard surfaces; walk through slippery surfaces and/or sloping floors or stairs; use hands to finger, handle or feel small objects such paper or cloth; and reach with hands and arms overhead and from side to side.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception.

Will often transit between brightly lit and dimly lit areas, including flashing lights and computer or TV screens.Position requires bending, lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds, will be required to use, push and pull wheeled hand-carts or other equipment weighing in excess of 100 lbs.Will regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and twist at the waist.

May occasionally be exposed to bodily fluids, pet or service animals, and strong odors.Will regularly be exposed to tobacco and other second hand smoke.May occasionally use de-escalation techniques to resolve customer conflict.Will be required to assist in customer evacuation in case of emergency.
