The long-term temporary-to-full-time Billing Clerk will be based in the Lexington-fayette, Kentucky area.

How you will make an impact

– Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness

– Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

– Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

– Form financial controls and procedures

Job Requirements:
– Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

– Excellent communication and organizational skills

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

– Prior experience working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

– Numeric data entry experience desired

– Customer service experience

– Foundational knowledge in billing

– Microsoft Excel experience
