This is a Contract position in Lexington, KY posted April 25, 2022.

Overview: Amtrust Financial Services, a fast growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Specialist II.

The successful candidate will provide proactive recruitment and support for our service offices in the US.

The successful candidate will work to provide hands-on full life cycle recruitment for internal client groups with high volume recruitment needs.

Source, assess, and recruit candidates for openings at all levels.

Develop and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies for positions.

Work with other members of the recruiting team on corporate wide recruitment projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment to include: job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiationBuild and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing and on-going relationship managementWork closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the team to develop recruiting strategies to identify top talentParticipate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level vacanciesEstablish strong partnerships with hiring teams to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategyInterview candidates within the framework of the position specification.

Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience required in corporate or agency environmentProficiency using ATS systems and meeting goals in a metric driven environmentPrior experience working in global information, insurance/financial services, or a technology company is highly desirablePassionate about providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and clientsProven aptitude to execute in a changing professional environmentPossess a wide range of experience on current corporate recruiting policies, practices, and industry trendsStrong knowledge of basic employment law, OFCCP guidelines and HR practicesExperienced in behavioral based interviewing, pre-employment testing, and other innovative selection methodsAble to assess staffing needs and develop creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet those needsAptitude in assessing intangible aspects of candidates accurately (candidate’s fit with the position and with the company culture)Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work with all levels of managementWhat We OfferAmTrust Financial Services offers a competitive compensation package and excellent career advancement opportunities.
