This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted June 19, 2021.

SuperCom, a provider of choice for technology solutions around the globe, is seeking a full-time pre-sales engineer to assist prospects and customers.

The position will provide sales and operational support for North America.

The primary responsibility of this position is to support SuperCom’s GPS tracking and Electronic Monitoring customers and prospects.

This is an office-based position.

Limited travel may be required as this team-member gains proficiency and is willing to take on more responsibility.

Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree* 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, support and training* Understanding and ability to communicate benefits of a hosted software solution platform* Understanding and ability to communicate M2M and IOT solutions* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening* Excellent customer care skills* Excellent written and verbal English skills, proficiency in Spanish is also highly desirable.* Accuracy and attention to detail* Excellent organizational skills* Excellent computer and keyboard skills, familiarity with CRM tool preferred* An ability to work under pressure and deadlines* An ability to work independently and as a team* Quick learner Candidate responsibilities: * Work daily with a CRM tool to build and track communications with customers and prospects, to include email, standard mail, phone calls and remote video presentations* Become an expert in the use of SuperCom?s hardware and software products and have the ability to support and provide training on these products* Help close prospects and retain accounts by providing expert customer service skills.* Answer prospect and customer questions regarding product functionality* Explain and demonstrate hardware and software offerings via remote presentation tools* Generate and send reports to manager* QA company hardware and software* Create and maintain support processes* Create and update training and support media as required.* Assist with proposals
