Digital Technology Support and Infrastructure Manager

This is a Full-time position in Lexington, KY posted November 30, 2021.

Position Summary:        The Digital Technology Support and Infrastructure Managers provides technical and leadership support to the Support Administrator team, support our end users by resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service so the Company can achieve its sales and profitability goals.

Job Duties:      

•           Lead and manage the day to day activities of the Support Administrator team by providing career development support, technical support, managing workloads, technical expertise and overall leadership guidance.

•           Partner with DT/BT leadership to construct leadership strategies and develop technical roadmaps for the Support Admin team.

•           Be a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, portal, walk in.

•           Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

•           Identifies issue trends and works with Digital Technology management to develop solutions in order to provide superior customer satisfaction.

•           Perform user lifecycle management in our existing identify platforms.

•           Provides Tier 3 support for network, hardware, software, business applications and telephony (wired and wireless).

•           Provide support for PC hardware including antivirus updates, Windows updates, Microsoft Office updates and physical maintenance.

•           Lead and ensures proper inventory tracking and disposal of equipment.

•           Lead the Digital Technology Tier-1/2 engineers & project management for the completion of defined project tasks and deliverables

•           Work with Digital Technology Tier-1/2 to procure hardware and software.

•           Communicates with management team to share information on IT projects; communicates project requests to business transformation organization and time requirements.

•           Assist with laptops, desktop, mobile and hardware installs as necessary; works with management and leadership on projects and priorities to support business needs.

•           Manage and perform server maintenance as with the Tier-1/2 team

•           Ensures that company policies, standards and procedures are met, followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g. OSHA and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local laws).

•           Works assigned schedules, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of normal schedule as needed to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.

•           Work in conjunction with Support Administrator team to be part of weekly on call rotation.

Job Requirements:


Education:        Associate’s Degree in computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent work experience required

Experience:                   1-2 years of previous technology support in a similar size organization.

Computer Skills:           Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams for Business Online. Cloud Management and Security tools Intune, Azure Active Directory. IOS Hardware Devices

Certifications & Licenses:          Valid Driver’s License or demonstrable ability to gain access to worksites.

Other Requirements:     Knowledge of: Microsoft based software applications, desktop and  server operating systems, and cloud applications., Meraki/Cisco network hardware and software systems. Skills in: problem solving, ,troubleshooting organizing, customer service. Ability to: work quickly and efficiently; multi-task; communicate effectively with internal customers and vendors; develop good working relationships ability to train end users. Other functions, skills and abilities may also apply. of Digital Technology disciplines including but not limited to technical architecture, Virtualization, DHCP, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, SQL Server, etc.
