Salary: $16.28per hour / $32,804.20 annually

4 year degree: $17.77 per hour / $35,806.55 annually

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience providing outstanding customer serviceby showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction

  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities

  • Ability to work comfortablyand growin a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

  • Eagerness to explore new skills and different career paths

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
