General Responsibilities:-A/P invoice processing; maintain and organize A/P files, research and resolve A/P issues effectively, respond to inquiries from vendors, reconcile vendor statements.-A/R billing certain customers as determined, assist in customer calls and follow up, maintain and organize A/R files, assist in collections.-Administration: answer phones, dispatch calls, respond to customer service emails.-Assist with other data entry related tasks and projects as assigned.-Assist Accounting Manager with special projects.Experience/Skills: Ability to demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills to maintain great customer service by email and phone, assisting with courtesy and tact.
Experience with Customer Service Strong organizational skills Possess strong work ethic Must be able to multi-task and be flexible PC proficient in Windows environment.
